Is sun city trying to save money at the valley of waves. the wave pool is one of the main attractions at the valley, but now they have switched off 3 of the pumps that makes the waves. we go there at least twice a month and since december the pumps werent working and i was told that they were working on the pumps. last sunday we were there again and it still wasnt working, and i was told that i musnt complain cause there is a wave but thats not the point.
i mean they make a killing on a sunday and is it just because we are locals in south africa we must except what they offer even if we have to pay full price for something and only get half of the service.
then again i musnt complain cause this is south africa and we have to expect that everything goes backwards with service and the prices goes up.
sun city keep up the work and the service for top money and you will soon see a differance in how many people comes to the valley.
lets see if anyone of management will respond to this complaint
