Damaged lotto ticket

Hi

On numerous occasions have I experienced that my Lotto tickets turn black. When I told Gidani about this, they say it is due to extreme heat. These ticket is normally inside my car out of the sun. So that does not qualify as extreme heat. Also no where on the tickets does it say that tickets should be kept in a cool place

Any way. I have 2 tickets that is so damaged that I cannot make out the bar code or the any numbers on the ticket. On numerous occasions have I mailed gidani about this but they cannot resolve this. They ask me for retailer ID number in order for IT to get the full bar code and validation for this ticket. I told them that I cant get this from ticket as it is also blackened out. With this they just stopped replying to my emails. What if this is a wining ticket. How will I know?
