Poor delivery from Multichoice --- Nothing New

Good Day

I called the call centre on numerous occasions and was assured my account will be sorted and an updated statement will be forwarded to me i have spoken to call centre consultants, supervisors and no joy received from them. all they promise is that they will revert back but to no avail.

I called again this morning and spoke to Nomsa who assured me a manager will call me within an hour... I advised the consultant that between 12 and 1:30 pm i will be away for prayers and she said they will call thereafter. someone calls at 12:47 pm and leave a message... Surely i instructed them not to call within these times... People are really incapable of doing their jobs.

I requested for my annual statement amount to be recitifed as my account has been paid annually and for the last thirteen years its been up to date. i am now billed for whcih the agents themselves dont know whats it for... Each agent tells you differently and they themselves don't know whats going on within the compnay.

I fail to understand why cant someone take the time to sort this simple query out eventhough i worked it out for them and their supervisors agreed that it was correct...
