Multichoice floods market with inferior products

Multichoice should be ashamed of their unethical business practices. They flood the market with inferior products I've had to replace my 3rd dstv decoder in 5 years . only 1 actually made it to 2 years of age now my pvr which is 13 months old dead as a doornail worst of all you take it in to be checked then you get the good news of having to buy a new one only for them to repair the unit at a fraction of the cost and resell as refurbished units why dont we have that option to get it repaired or the very least have decent quality products i've been with them since 1988 and they're doing downhill fast
