Pace hd pvr keeps packing up

Tonight my pace hd pvr packed up again, again the hard drive has failed. This is my 3rd or 4th exchange. I stand for hours in multichoice queues to have the pvr exchanged and it keeps failing. This is a inferior product and even multichoice repair centres admit it. I will not stand for this anymore, multichoice need to sort this out and give me a new model. Why must I waste my time when your product is inferior?
