Multichoice Billed Bad Server after Wrong billing

I called Multichoice on 2013/02/14 with regards to my the billing on my account. I spoke to a consultant called Refilwe and she was unabled to explain why I was overcharged for 2 months (January and February).

I asked to speak to her Supervisor and she put me on hold for an hour. I called back and she did the same thing.

I have lost about R 200 calling Multichoice to try and resolve this issue. Thier consultants are are cluless. The have billed me R 755 on 01 January 2013 even though I was on the Compact plan. They further charged me R 1350 on the February month.
