Attitude when it was your fault

Billing for a Multichoice company. Sending me two different account numbers. Deducting my so called usage from a so called Multichoice company. Being instead of apolgizing. The attitude of her while it was MtN who billed Multichoice for my usage. I had to close my bank account to keep MTN from me. They failed to send me itemised billing because they have been me. I will make no further payments until they show my original contract of which I never received a print out and itemised bills for each and every month. Given the nature of their errors they are not trustworthy.
