Oh my word! After countless emails and calls I FINALLY thought my problem with Multi Choice was sorted out.

I am on the verge of taking my decoder back and just cancelling the whole thing!!!

Please can ONE PERSON contact me to sort this out!! I have now been sitting with a decoder since Jan 29 which cannot be activated BECAUSE I AM STILL BEING TOLD I OPENED AN ACCOUNT IN 1999 AND OWE MONEY!! THIS IS NOT THE CASE!!!

HUGELY ANNOYED RIGHT NOW!!! IF THIS MATTER IS NOT RESOLVED TODAY I WILL CANCEL AND GO WITH TOP TV RATHER.
