I have sent several email to multichoice after several attempts to call them, anyone who has tried to call them will know the waiting period sometimes exceeds 5 minutes before you speak to a consultant, I advised them of my downgrade and have a written email telling me that all is in order and the will proceed my request effective 01 Feb 2013.I called them 2 on the 2nd to tell them that this has not been done and could speak to consultant because of the wait, Monday morning I email them again and they now charging me an additional R18.80 because they did not carry out task, There is no proffessionalism and no help from them at all.
If they confirmed the change of plan why wasn't this carried out?
