On Friday the 23rd August I emailed Multichoice to query the progress on a reference number given to me on a query I put forward to them at their offices in Goodwood, regarding over charging on my account via a debit order. Within three hours of emailing Lindiwe called to tell me that my account had been credited and that Multichoice was not charging me for two and a half months. I had also requested a change of mailing address and email, which she immediately did and then sent me an email confirming this. I would like to commend her for her speedy reply and professional manner in which she handled everything for me. Its not often you get such quick and fast service. Well done Lindiwe Hamza!
