DSTV fails to deliver again

DSTV advertise that you can control your services via their website. For the past 5 weekends I have been unable to activate the decoder at my holiday home and been forced to do so via the call center, which experience has improved somewhat. This morning I had to go through the process again as I wanted to watch the Lions test. Although the Activation via the call center was successful, I received an E16 code, which I tried to rectify via their website, to no avail. I once again had to call the call center only to be told that it would take about an hour for the activation to take effect. This is unacceptable. My first call to activate was at 8.32, and lasted 13 minutes. Its now 10.40 and I am still receiving E16. My second call was at 9.20 and lasted almost 20 minutes. I have complained about the problem with connecting services for the last 5 weekends. Their failure to address the problems on their website is further evidence of this company's total disregard for its customers needs.
