Multichoice cuts service despite paid up account!

I have three DSTV decoders, one Premium, two Easy View.
In April 2013, I instructed them to disconnect two of them, leaving a R 555 credit balance on the account.
then, I instructed them on 5 Dec 2013 to reconnect those two.
Since then, one decoder, a R 29/month Easy View has not worked. They kept claiming it was active, but it showed an E30 error all the time, despite many attempts to activate it.
On 5 Feb, two months later, they informed me that the smartcard needs to be swapped, since it is an old version, and cannot work anymore.
On 2 Feb I paid R654 for two subscriptions which actually worked, but deducted two months of R29 fees for the one decoder which did not work in Dec and Jan.
They have now disconnected all three services claiming non-payment!!
So, for R 58, which I did not get service for, they punitively disconnected all my decoders, leaving me with no service whatsoever.
All my messages to them have simply been ignored.
