I had 2 standard decoders at home. I changed the one decoder from standard to PVR and requested DSTV to link the 2 decoders. On numerous occasions I have contacted DSTV but unfortunately not one person can help. At the end of the month they over bill and don't provide a service. I changed from being a premium view customer to easy view and that as well they could not do. Instead of keeping my payments as is they over bill and do not provide the service.
Terrible Service. I was in one month about 10 HOURS on the telephone to DSTV
