Ediculous!

Paid fully for my dstv at spar in the morning and I know it says you get automatically reconnected in just 30 minutes but to my surprise it now 21hoo and I'm still not connected I phoned and phoned no answer and after wasting almost R120 of airtime I finally get through and Naledi tells me I'm sorry I can't connect you we have a system error phone again tomorrow.
