Paid a year upfront. disconnected again!!!

For the 2nd month in a row dstv suspended my service for owing them R4000.00 I paid in full for 12 months. I spent over 2 hours on the phone to them. Call 1. Consultant answered after 25 minutes. But first, after navigating my way through the rediculous answering system, I was disconnected twice. Finally got through. Consultant apologised and said my service will be reactivated imediately. i got home and was still disconnected. Phoned again. Hung on for 56 minutes and was cut off again before consultant answered. He Had me hold for another 15 minutes. I request he phone me back as i was running out of airtime. He promised to call in 5 minutes. AN HOUR later, still disconnected and no phone call. 40 minutes of holding on, consultant answers. I ask him to phone me as i have spent enough money for their mistake. I give him my cell nr and id. Within 2 seconds my service was reconnected but I was not phoned back. I still wanted to log a complaint on their costomer service. I could not access all features so i had to reboot decoderand finally at 20h15 i could watch my program. I AM NOT HAPPY!!!
