PL Roux, id nr 5908255003088 is a premium subscriber for 4 full dishes, however they are not full. the full debit order are going of BUT ONLY 7 CHANNELS ARE AVAILABLE. cannot get hold of call centre, calls keep dropping and if it is answered you just wait on the line and need to listen to their empty promises. and I need to pay for the phone calls. have been trying for over an hour.
This customer also owns a guesthouse and have about 15 other decoders, 2 of them are simply saying waiting for identification to be verified, and then it says -CANNOT BE VERIFIED.
WHY DO WE PAY? WHY NO SERVICE? WHY NO PROPER CALL CENTRE?
