Its about time dstv must know its place

Dstv is very bad to its customers, I had an outstanding amount of R200 I paid R760 but within a week I was disconnected again. When I fone to findout why they told me about the system but I as a customer I stand no chance to have my system I don't cry when the signal is gone due to their system and they are quick to disconnect if I'm due, why is this dstv so way around? is it because they don't have competetors or is it that they are here just to rip people off? We spend money to contact them we spend time, our precious time to get them to talk this must end dstv must be shown its place and we must have competetors.
Please somebody help I write this complaint with anger and believe me if I do get a chance to meet with those people who came up with this stupid dstv system of contacting and not taking the customer very serious! I would give them a big hiding.
