VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A SUPERVISOR

Hi I had a problem with my DSTV account and money was owed to me. I did not receive any communication from them. They were supposed to come back to me within 24 hours - it has taken 10 days in all.
On Wednesday I spoke with Kedibone Khoza (supervisor) to whom I emailed all the relevant information and that I did not give DSTV permission to keep the R679 owed to me which she said that I said was fine. That shocked me that they could just go ahead and do this.
I demanded the money back as I had other debit orders going through, the one which has bounced.
She was meant to call me back (Wednesday) and now it is 18h20 (Thursday) and no word from her as clearly she could just not be bothered.
I had sent her another email today (Thursday) to which she did not respond.
She should not hold the position of supervisor,
I did call back and speak to Sam (call centre agent) who was very helpful and advised that the money was being paid back to me.
