Multichoice
Pick up the phone!!!

Having paid my account, i contacted the multichoice call center to reactivate my account but had to wait on the phone for over 20 minutes with no response. I hung up and called again and the same thing happened. The mobile help is absolutely useless and so is the website. Very disappointed considering how much they charge!!
