Very bad customer service

I am querying an account for my boss and contacted Multichoice yesterday. Mashiwa Nasenga was unable to help me so he advised me that his manager Mable Tshkane will call me back. She called today and was not helpful at all. I am asking her questions and she is telling me something completely different - very frustrating. Eventually after 15 minutes of trying to explain to her and not getting it through to her, I asked to speak to her manager and she put the phone down on me!!! Very disappointed in Multichoice and the service we are getting!!!
