Terrible Service

Just recently I had great things to say about Multichoice, but now, I take back what I said because if they can suspend my subscription for only 3 CENTS- that's ridiculous. Now I have to pay a reconnection fee of R50, just because of the 3cents!!! How pathetic! When my account was paid and I had called the call center, I was not told that I owed 3cents. Completely insane. Today I called the call center from my cell phone and asked the lady, to call me back, and she blatantly said "no I cannot" absolutely absurd. I still have not received ANY feedback from ANYONE regarding my complaints!!! Total nonsense!
