Pathetic service for such a lot of money!!!

Besides holding on for long periods of time when calling, can you imagine how frustrating it is to learn that once you THINK your query is resolved and rating the service just to discover it isn't! Between my husband and I we must've called dstv 8 times to rectify our package that their system or someone automatically changed without my go ahead! I have an extra view premium package and in November the system reflects the one us premium and the other compact and data expects payment for both separately and failure to pay for their mistake automatically results in being disconnected and paying a reconnection fee.from a fee of 715 my service has shot up to 1000rand for a service I didn't request and calls I keep making for the matter to be resolved and despite all my calls and agents promising the matter is resolved I find the same problem every month. I now see why people switches to the opposition.all I want is YOUR side's mistake rectified
