Call center agent activated incorrect packages

I received an sms that I need to pay R1295, I had a query about my balance owing since the middle of the January, Up till this very moment No one has called me to provide me with feedback.
Dstv has over charged me on my monthly instalment when on a compact and premium package was activated. I called the call centre on numerous occasions if calls are recorded please verify, every single time I ask for a manager No one seems to be available according to the agents. No one can give me a proper explanation as to how the account is on R1295, on the 21 December 2012 the premium package was deactivated by myself on-line and up till the 6th of January, according to my sister the agent at dstv had reconnected 2 packages on dstv premium by mistake. This over charge was the agents fault. Now I'm being forced to Pay R1295, my second last reference for my call is 120330468, Mpoh advised me that I should only Pay R1245 because I explained that I waited till the 31 because the sms I received had said I have till the 31st to pay.
Dstv needs to reverse any amonut over R850 back into my account, previous refference 120330468.
Mpoh advised me that R50 disconnection fee will not be charged.
