Good day, 28nov 2013 I took my decoder in for a fault at wonderboom junction where these people messed up my remote control further. I went to gift acres where they assisted me very good.
Unfortunately I did not realize that there still was an issue.
Wonderboom junction called dstv directly requesting assistance with my decoder (pvr), here the problem started..
I asume now that the dstv assistant thought someone requested a package upgrade and upraded my account to premium.
As soon as I became aware of this 22h00 at night around middle December I canceled it immediately.

I went to gift acres requesting this to be resolved and then they told me the telephone recordings has to be checked to see who requested the upgrade.

NO FEEDBACK FROM GIFT ACRES / DSTV.

I DID NOT ASK FOR UPGRADE AND REQUESTED THIS TO BE REVERSED BUT MY ISSUE IS BEING IGNORED. NOW EVEN MORE CHARGES / FEES ARE LEVIED AGAINST MY ACCOUNT.

DSTV WEBSITE CLAIMS: WE CARE... WHAT A QUESTIONABLE QUOTE.

IF THEY CARE GIVE ME THE RECORDING PROVING I ASKED FOR THE UPGRADE!
Or
CLEAR MY ACCOUNT AND RESTORE MY SERVICES PLEASE.

Why do I have resolve to public domain to resolve a simple small problem.
