Here we are again, exactly where I started from, and yet, based on my previous complain I posted, one can see that it was resolved, but a day after that, my service was disconnected, I can only imagine what could have happened less than 48 hours from the resolution of my problem to it occurring again. Who can disagree with me that the whole company dose not work coherently wit each other! One person or one department dose not know what the other is doing. It's only that this site restrictions ar 5 days per post per company, other than that, I would be posting comments everyday as these instances occur. My services were connected after I complained, then disconnected immediately after that, called the call Centre, no appropriate answer, and hence spent the weekend without TV, if dstv had failed to handle this business, perhaps they can leave it for others who can, why don't u people just resolve a problem once for all?
