Bad/no customer service

From reading the comments posted by others on DSTV, it appears that the staff at DSTV really don't give a fig about their customers!!! I complained about my billing and was told that somebody would call me to sort out the problem. Well guess what NO BODY HAS CALLED and now I have been disconnected!!! This problem has been ongoing since the 22 June 2013. Good bye DSTV - stick your channels where the sun don't shine. I am going back to TOP TV!!! NJ you can tell Noah or who ever is the captain of the DSTV Ship that your customer service STINKS!!!
