Disconnection for R8.33

I am serioulsy appaulled that my decoder was disconnected for R8.33. The account was due on the 1 Dec 2013, I paid online (eft) on the 2 Dec 2013 and advised online via email that I would be down grading from Premium to DSTV Extra. The decode was still operating and there was no disconnection. On 5 Dec I am advised that I have to pay R8.33 and a connection fee. I paid and advised of the down grading prior to the disconnection and now because I paid a day late and owe R8.33 which I assume is the pro rata for the day my service has been disconnected. DSTV, this is not a threat but a promise if you do not connect me and reverse the connection fee, this will be the last business I would do with you. I downgraded for one reason and one reason only, we only watch the sport and because the rugby is done we down graded. We had our account for donkeys years and this is how you treat your loyal customers. Well I promise I will be voting with my subscription elsewhere.
