My decoder has not been working since Sat... U finally had time to sort it out on Tues evening. I called the call centre and it kept cutting me off at times not even going through. I spent two hours doing that. Eventually got another number, the lady who picked up told me she can't help me that's no call centre it's operations manager's number after I had explained to her that call centre number is not working. I went back to call centre number and it was still not working. Called the 2nd number and a Lebo responded and gave same stinking attitude as the 1st lady eventually dropping me without any assistance. I had an exchange in DStvcare in twitter, they took forever responding eventually
Not helping me. A call centre guy called me after I had asked a friend that works for DStv to assist. In the middle of call centre guy helping me he told me that he's busy with something, he'll come back to me. I was puzzled by this but anyways he called back but the call didn't help as he eventually told me to take the decoder in. I spent the day looking for an agency in PTA east with no luck. There's signage at Waterglen and no agency. It's day 5 and am still without connection. annoyed cus
