Get home to find my services suspended after payment was made. Fifteen minutes to get through the first time. Apologies made for the system error. Reconnected. Find my HD functions not restored. Another 15 minutes, speak to a lady who says this is due to my signal quality. Very strange considering it worked when i left in the morning. Ask to speak to someone else, go into an infinite loop for 20 minutes. Eventually hang up, recall, another 10 minutes holding, speak to another gent, who sorts it out straight away. So how could it be signal strength??? The attitude i received in asking how it could be signal when it worked in the morning and no interest in resolving!!! An hour of my phone account to sort out something that was an error on your side!
