Discomfort in Prestige theatre

I went to watch The book with friends on Sunday 26 January at 11:45. Reference Number 77166. I sat in seat B5. But upon sitting, i fell into a corner of the couch. the left back corner. Then the seat did not recline as all the others. I tried to correct it and found popcorn or trash in the right back corner of the couch. I couldn't sit back and had to adjust my own seating to compensate for the tilt in the chair. I complained afterwards at the complain computer, but i have not heard back. I paid full price for the Prestige experience and was disappointed.
