Technical problem -Poor reception on the walka

I am sports lover and I purchased a walka so that i don't miss out on any sport. From the time I purchased this item, it caused me more frustration ever watching a scrambled screen.
Compliant 1: Every time i tuned on the sport channel an error appears on the screen E19 and E16.
Compliant 2. 3 calls were made 2 weeks ago to the call centre it was just a waste of time, I had to wait over 5 minutes to have some one to attend to my call, then the lady who took the call told me that the signal was bad in my area. I find it very strange that when I am working in my yard when I have the problem. She told me that she will reset my walka which took over ten minutes before i could receive a signal by then i miss some of the action
