I visited the Randburg DSTV service centre on 22 October to do my monthly payment. I previously paid annually but changed it to monthly on the above date. I was served by Matshidiso and for some reason she had to confirm something about my account (she did not tell me what) and stayed away for - 15 minutes. She came back after that and accepted my cash payment. She did not have change and stayed away again for -10 minutes to get it. Thus i was in that office for more than a half an hour and in the beginning i was directly referred to the counter. This was unacceptable delays and poor service, so i think you should follow it up and rectify. On top of this when switching on my DSTV early this morning (after 12 midnight) my service was suspended. I had to wait until this morning to phone as you are not open for service until 7. Eventually it got reconnected and my wife had to wait several minutes for someone to help her via your 011 number. My issue is: you did not provide me with the service i paid for (for at least 8 hours), you waisted my time and i had to spent time and money to get it reconnected. Please rectify your poor service quality as it costed me money...
