Bad Attitude

My mother-in-law is a client of Multichoice. She moved to Meyerton. I lost my job and found a job after 8 months. Yesterday, we paid to switch on DSTV. The operator refused to help because of R130 which she couldn't declare. We paid the money. Today we called again. The operator refused to speak to us, we never had any problems in the past speaking to Multichoice. Now they want to speak to my mother in law who can't tell them what the problem on the decoder is. She lives in Meyer and we live in Pretoria. We pay the monthly fees. The attitude of the operators were unacceptable. I was without a job and get treated like a criminal. I doubt if my money is any different from any other customer. The decoder is still not switched on, after my mother in law phoned but I can't get it to work. I need assistance.
