Been punished for down grading my premium!

I'm distraught about MultiChoice customer service, i have cancelled my debit order payment because i wanted to make the payment via payplus, in a process of doing so I asked one of their consultant through email that is it necessary to alert them when I'm making payment changes (increasing or decreasing my premium) and they confirm that there is no need, i can just make the payment.

Here comes a disaster, last week I have contacted them about hours (as far as I'm concerned, that is up normal time for call centre) some consultants disconnect my calls and others putting me on hold for ever. I have asked to speak to their supervisors but still they kept on connecting and disconnecting my dstv as they please.

On the 20 of January i have deposited easy pay amount of 29 rand and is not yet allocated and now they are telling me that there are some fees I have to pay but for what?? I don't remember missing any payment.

My account is not yet allocated and is been weeks, I need that to be done today and reverse those fees.

The consultants omit how genuine clients are can someone remind!
