I have been a loyal DSTV customer for over 5 years now, and pay my account 12 months in advance (from end-of March until the end-of March the following year).

Since Friday last week (24 January 2014) I have been unable to view any DSTV channels - I receive a message saying that my account had been suspended. NO reason is given. According to the Self Service website my account is in good standing (obviously) and active until the end of March 2014.

This is incompetence beyond compare. Now I need to waste my time and money to explain this nonsense to someone at the Call Centre.
