I called Multichoice customer service in august 2013 to setup a Direct Debit to go off on the 20/08/2013. As per the telephonic convo agent assured me payment will be taken on that date that month. No payment was taken. Why? Because of a luie period, you only get billed the following month. After that I was billed not aware that the payments backed out because my service was running up until November 2013 where I received 4 a msg on my DSTV Service of an outstanding payment. So all the time that I missed payments my service was running and I thought the payments is going through fine. If my service was suspended after the 1st missed payment I wouldve managed 2 make the payment, but paying now for 4 months a DSTV premium service is totally ridiculous!! I refuse to!! I want my service activated and in writing an apology foR miscommunication and failure to advice me of my balance every month. If I was made aware upfront, the payments wouldn't of accumalated! This is absolutely bad customer service because I reported the issue in December and didn't receive an apology, but yet they tried to cover up for themselves! I won't make the payment because of their failure to comunicate.
