Scrambled signal again

I once again have a scrambled signal for mnet. This happens at least once every two months and I'm k of having to phone a call centre and act as technician only to be eventually told the decoder is faulty. Then I complain on hellopeter and eventually it gets fixed. I'm paying for a service that I am not receiving and have to go through this inconvenience on a regular basis.
