I bought pop corn and seasoned with their spices. When I was sitting inside the movie I couldn't stomach them because of the taste or should I say lack of taste. The spice tasted too powderish and tasteless. I went back to the cahsiers and even before I could finish my statement to the cashier she said& I quote "that is not my problem. You poured the spices on them and so there's nothing I can do for you". Then she turned and called the next customer. I asked why is she dismissing me when I'm still talking to her then she said "I have customers to attend to and there's nothing I can do for you". Even after I asked for the manager, she had attitude in her apology. She said "I am sorry if I offended you and if you say I was rude to you". Meaning she doesn't acknowledge her faults nor does she feel sorry for it. She was back chatting me whilst I was talking to her. She showed no sign of being sorry.
