Decoder function

I was delighted in December to receive the gift of a HD PVR decoder. However, as I became more familiar with it, I discovered that the information page on the DMX music channels was blank. Having owned various other decoders in my long stay with Mutichoice, I was certain that this was a fault on the decoder so took it in to my local Multichoice branch (Umhlanga Ridge) where I was informed that this feature is not available on the HD PVR decoder. Quite frankly, it is unacceptable that the latest technology does not support a feature that was standard on previous decoders. It seems to me to have been an oversight in the design of this upgrade and that it should be rectified ASAP at the expense of the supplier. After all, much useful information is presented on these pages such as channel changes and additional features.
I would be very grateful if this matter could be pursued and that I could be notified when I am likely to have this feature restored to my service.
