I have been battling with an accounting issue on my account since Nov. The first call I made was 30.11.2013 at 20h55 and spoke to Thabang who said the error would be reversed on my account. This was not done as noticed on the message I received on my tv screen from the decoder. I followed this up and spoke to Khensani Mayimela, call made at 10:18 on the 04 Jan, she eventually confirmed that What Thabang had captured on here system on the notes from the call was not actually processed and the error was still reflecting. She said that she would have the disputed amount reversed. However I have just eclipsed another message on my decoder reminding me to make payment, which is the normal fee plus the amount that has been disputed yet again. This is ridiculous and I do not know who will actually take responsibility for their actions and reverse the amount on my account as have admitted is an error. I have reference numbers for both calls.
I have already spent over R100 in the calls I have made to date and still do not have the issue resolved and I refuse to make further calls to the call centre if no one there're can actually resolve the issue as it is an internal multichoice error!
