Systems offline, terrible attitude, poor servic

Systems were offline for ster kinekor yet again. This has happened to me many times while trying to book a Saturday movie. We were unable to book online or through the call center. I was told to go to the cinema at Bedfordview to book directly there. I rush there and was told they could not help, and to come back later. We can back later, no one was at the tills or the self service station and I still could not book. When someone finally came to help, my movie was suddenly booked full. I missed my movie because of ster kinekors poor service, useless system and unhelpful attitude. This is unacceptable
