We are DSTV clients for years and since the very first day their service has never improved and I spoke to other people and they are just so disgusted. I am trying to activate my service to no avail. Firstly I struggle to make payments and can only make payments at Absa. Eventualy when I could get to Absa not even a branch can activate my account I need to phone the call centre and just imagine since Saturday I used R200 airtime on them. To top it off I eventually get through to the DSTVi and they activate the servive for a minute. So again I call and the lady said. She will sort it out after an hour I called again their office hours is only till 5. I called the pathetic call centre with unnecassary voice prompts waiting listening to a recording for 10minutes on a prepaid cellphone to a landline and the call disconnects twice. I am so digusted with the service they received my money and I cannot benefit but they will never say you don't have to pay for the days you did not watch. Can a manager pleasee contact me ASAP I rally had enough paying R700 a month for pathetic service for 10 years. VERY VERY BAD
