Incompetency!!!

I have spent almost R200.00 on my cell phone over the last 2 weeks with this call centre, last week Sat (02/02/13) I called to connect my account for the weekend (as i am only home on the weekends), on the fourth time this worked - the 3 previous people I spoke to did not activate it even though they said it was working. Yesterday I called again to activate my account for the weekend, asking 3 times if it is set to disconnect on SUNDAY at MIDNIGHT. After being reassured of this i put the phone down. This morning I have woken up to a disconnected tv. I must now spend another 15-20 min on the phone to the pathetic call centre, as their website "self service" is even more useless. I am going to end up spending so much money on my cell phone that I may as well just pay to be connected for the entire month. This defeats the entire object!!!
