I AM TIRED OF MULTICHOICE AND THEIR BAD SERVICE

Good Day,

This is our 100th complaint and we are still not getting any joy from multichoice. It seems like for us to watch tv which we are paying for have to call multichoice to activate it and they will then assume that it is enough for us to watch tv then they switch it off again and the same procedure applies. (phone re-activate get apologies and assurance it wont switch off the history repeats itself)

Can you please sort my tv out asap! and please not for a day but for a longer period this time it would be very nice!!! Please do not ask any of you employees to call us but get someone superior and with more experience to solve this problem and to contact us!!! I hope th is will be the last time I am contacting Multichoice regarding this issue!!!
