My DSTV debit order went off and to my horror it was more than R1000 more than what it should have been. Last month I activated a second decoder card while on holiday, dates were given to you on when to activate and when to de-activate the card but surprise surprise you didn't de-activate it.

On Monday I called the centre to get this sorted out, I was told they would check the recordings of my call, I would get an sms and the refund would take 2 days to be approved. My call reference number is 139579006.

It is now Thursday, still no sms, no call back to let me know what's going on and no refund. Is this how you treat your customers, from them and then ignore the issue and hope it goes away? I am not going away, I want an answer on this and the refund, you have had your 2 days to sort it out.
