Multichoice

I paid using wrong reference number (one digit missing), then called multichoice team and send proof of payment for them to connect. I rectified the reference, it was fixed for hours and disconnected again. Then i called since last Tuesday the 07th still the problem is unresolved, they disconnect and connect over and over again as we speak now it is off. Im tired because i am waisting airtime and my time.
