Unresolved payment continuesly cutting my channels

Multichoice keeps billing me and cutting my dstv for a missing payment of febraury 2013.
Every time they cut my dstv i must pay R50 to connect it. Once in febraury, twice in march, and twice in april they cut my tv amounting to R250.

i have contacted (Mr Sibusiso - 4/2/2013, Abraham - 8/3/2013, Aveline - 4/4/2013, Sanele - 3/5/2013) and gone to the wonderpark branch numerious times to Show my slip of the Febraury Month is paid.

I have even Faxed a manager (Eddy Zuo 0865770210) My payment history of which i have not miss one payment date and Slip of R620 (ref no : 1137442512453, Customer EH Birkenmayer, Pick n Pay, Dorandia)

Im so sick and tired of the most horrible services and feedback im getting from multichoice and this problem still persists and right now, i dont have dstv and they sending me msg's to discontinue my dstv, if i dont want it to be discontinue i must phone this number and they never pick up after 6 calls...
