Call centre and website uselesness

I have, for the past few years, had to call the DSTV call centre to connect or disconnect my smart card. This CANNOT be done on their website. THeir website is useless. It does not allow me to connect or disconnect.
Now I have to call the callcentre number, wait at least 5 minutes before someone answers, then another 5 minutes while I am being helped. This whole process should take 1 minute, yet with DSTV it does not.

What is wrong with you?
Why can you not have a working website where one can connect and disconnect smarcards without having to go through your terribly slow and badly staffed call centre just to connect. And then the whole same process to dicsonnect.

The consultants and the call centre assure me a disconnection has been scheduled, yet it never is. Then I have to spend my money and my time again to disconnect, to keep DSTV from charging me unlawfullly while they agreed to disconnect me. Surely this is against the law.
