I, contacted Multichoice yesterday, after being cut off. As a debit order customer, they said that I'm in arrears.??? Debit order?? They get their money, every month. Last night a consultant called and said it' a mistake and reinstated my service. Debit order is for the 1st. Now, trying to call, I don't have the option to speak to a consultant, as my phone is linked to my account. Is this how we get as a debit order customer??? Something needs do be done!!! I don't think that is part of the constitution to deprive you as a paying customer, from a service that you pay for. I cannot even watch sabc channels anymore and I pay my tv licence every year. This is unacceptable!!!
