How can you leave your office without telephone

Went to Multi choice office George. Mom want to get DSTV, handed in the application form and was told that her account is closed. Obvious she cancelled it in 1998! The gentleman informed me that he sent an email to have it opened again and that we must please take a seat. 2 Hours later, still no reply to his email. Asked him to please phone, was then informed that the office telephone was out of order for the past 3 weeks. WHAT??? How can DSTV office be without a telephone!! I had to hand him my cell phone. Twenty minutes (more than R100 of my airtime later) the account was reopened. Who is going to reimburse me for my airtime?

I have a DSTV package. On 31 December 2013, I discovered that channel 308 will be removed. I can't afford the full deal, so choose the one that fits my family needs best. On the package I have channel 305 & 308 for the kids. Now only one cartoon channel left. Phoned Multi choice and o boy did they have a bad attitude. All I am asking is if the outside sourced company removed the one channel please replace with another kids channel. Don't help telling the customer you don't know. Then I suppose I don't know why I cant pay less.
